I provide website design and development services as agreed before the project begins. Any additional work requested after the project starts may incur extra charges.
- A deposit will be required before work begins.
- The remaining balance is due before the website is launched or transferred.
- Late payments may delay project completion.
2 Reasonable revisions are included as agreed during the project organisation. Additional revisions or major design changes outside the original scope may be charged separately.
The client agrees to provide all required content, images, logos, and information in a timely manner. Delays in providing content may extend the project timeline.
Estimated completion dates are provided as a guide and may change if project requirements change or required materials are delayed.
Once full payment has been received, ownership of the completed website design and content created specifically for the client will transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed. Any third-party software, fonts, plugins, or stock assets remain subject to their own licences.
Unless included in the agreed package, domain registration and website hosting are the client's responsibility. I can assist with setup if requested but will come with additional cost.
Ongoing maintenance, updates, backups, and support are not included unless covered by a separate maintenance agreement.
If the client cancels the project after work has started, payments already made are non-refundable. Work completed up to the cancellation date may be invoiced if it exceeds the amount already paid.
While every effort is made to deliver a secure and functional website, I cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or accept responsibility for issues caused by third-party providers, hosting companies, or software updates.
Unless the client requests otherwise in writing, I reserve the right to display the completed website in my portfolio and marketing materials.
By approving a quotation, paying a deposit, or proceeding with the project, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
